Temporary Filing Clerk
Your role will involve relocating our clients hard copy documentation. This will include the physical packing and unpacking of transported crates and at times could involve heavy lifting. As part of your role, you will also be required to catalogue inactive files enabling them to be archived
off-site. Experience is not necessary as you will be mentored during your first 3 months employment and in addition to this Filing Plus staff will be on hand to give specific advice on all tasks. This role predominantly requires weekend availability, however, Monday-Friday assignments are also available.
Site Supervisor - temporary/permanent
A flexible, self motivated and goal orientated approach is required for this role. Your primary responsibility is to assist and manage the day-to-day running of any projects whilst offering direct support to Account and Project Managers. You will supervise the temp staff to ensure work is completed on time and to Filing Plus standards. You will be responsible to Project Managers, Account Managers and Contractors to ensure projects are completed successfully. You are required to provide weekly update reports to Account/Project Managers. You will have excellent communication, written and presentation skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Project Managers - permanent
The scope and focus of activities within this role will vary as new projects arise and are distributed throughout the Project Management team. You will work closely with consultants, other managers and clients from start to finish of allocated projects. Essential experience in the following is required; managing of assignments/projects, excellent communication skills with the ability to converse with clients at various levels of authority, excellent command of the written word, good relationship builder and the ability to multi-task. You will support projects such as office relocations, large scale archive projects, scanning projects, file transfers and rationalisation programmes in a complex and evolving regulatory environment.
